citeproc-js — CPAL-1.0 (elected branch of a CPAL-1.0 / AGPL-3.0 dual license)

github.com/Juris-M/citeproc-js (consumed via the citeproc npm package, pinned 2.4.63)

Used for: formatting citations (AMA, ACS, IEEE, Turabian, CSE, ASA, and Vancouver) in the Citation Generator tool cluster. Used unmodified; no on-screen credit is required by the license (CPAL §14(c) — the project’s own LICENSE file never populated an Exhibit B attribution phrase), but we’re naming it here as a locatable notice. Citation Style Language (CSL) styles and locales — CC-BY-SA-3.0

citationstyles.org · github.com/citation-style-language

Used for: the style definitions (AMA, ACS, IEEE, Turabian, CSE, ASA, Vancouver) and the English locale file that drive the Citation Generator tool cluster, bundled unmodified. Per the CSL project’s own attribution requirement, the tool itself credits “the CSL project (citationstyles.org)” in its footer.
