Can I use my Akmon subscription on more than one device?
Yes — one subscription covers both the website and the iOS app. To prevent abuse, you can use it on up to 10 devices at a time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, plus the local payment methods available in your region — you pick whichever works for you at Stripe checkout.
Can I switch to a cheaper plan, or change from monthly to yearly billing?
Yes — sign in and go to Account → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Both a lower plan and a different billing period are handled there.
If I upgrade mid-cycle, am I charged the full new price right away?
No — upgrades apply immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period.
Do unused words roll over to the next month?
No — your word allowance resets on your billing date each cycle and doesn't carry over.
Do the free tools count against my monthly word limit?
No — the free tools never draw from your plan's word allowance.
Can I pause my subscription?
We don't offer pausing, but you can cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer team or volume pricing?
For 5 or more seats we can issue a single invoice with a discount — email support@akmon.app and we'll set it up.
Can I get a refund?
If you subscribed on the Website: yes — you can request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment, as long as you've used fewer than 500 words since that payment. Beyond that, the payment is considered delivered and a refund isn't available. Email support@akmon.app to request one. If you subscribed through the iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple — refund requests need to go through Apple's support channels directly, not us.
